Our Story

A kitchen that never really changed

SWAD started in 2012 as a 12-seat home kitchen in Pune, run by two sisters cooking the recipes their aaji (grandmother) wrote in a notebook that still sits on our shelf. We've grown since, but the masala is still ground by hand, every single morning.
